You say it is an interplay of dimensions, but you also use the word ‘mind’ when describing different dimensions. Mind implies consciousness and intention.
Are you then saying that there is a controlling mind overseeing each dimension, and in their communication (speech/sound) with other dimensions, that this is the process of creation?
From the little experience and study I have been blessed with the idea of a self organizing universe rather than a directed one feels right. The infinite is within as well as outside each part. All the information of the universe will fit inside every particle.
I never understood infinity as “always was, will be and everywhere forever”. That is too big. But looking within, I can go half way to the center, and then go half way again, and again, forever. And in each step there could be information, unique in nature. Infinity, within.
