Happy Easter! Wherever each of you are, within and without, we hope you are reminded by Jesus’ example that whatever darkness and struggle you may face, that it may be overcome through your own connection to Divine, perseverance, fidelity to Truth and Love, and commitment to self purification and awareness. The worst that life can throw at you, even death, may be transcended. Though the Journey be difficult, the reward compensates a hundred fold those willing to complete the Work; a reward which can never be lost, stolen, or decayed.
We’d like to warmly welcome those of you who have recently registered, and hope that your experience on the website and forums have been educational and uplifting. Periodically we rotate a sampling of our written Teachings shared freely on the website, and we inform our members, through emails like this when we do.
For new members, we recommend reading An Introduction to Spirituality, which is always shared freely on the website to help Seekers clarify the path they are searching for; laying beyond and at the heart of the founding of all Religion. Those of you disillusioned with deadened ritual backed by dogma whose meaning has been long forgotten are ready to tap into and drink in the source of what founded these ancient edifices. This source is not simply what solidified into religion, but is the source of all life and meaning itself. It is the source of each of us, the world itself, and where we come from. It is Spirituality. Seekers requiring deeper answers need at least a basic introduction into what this means, and this booklet attempts to provide such. Feel free to read directly from the website or download it free from our Store.
Those of you questioning who we are should read the various sections in the About section (start with the About link, and hover your cursor over that tab for a list of different sections here), or may alternately download the Introduction to the Culdians booklet in the Store, also offered free of charge. This may help some of you understand our values, goals, and history. And if there’s any confusion on any of those points, feel free to email us at info@culdiantrust.org or post your questions and comments on the forums.
Periodically we rotate a sampling of our Teachings, and now is time for such a rotation. Everything from last time will be coming down, but if you were in the middle of reading something, it will be offered again in a free rotational release in the future, or may be alternately purchased now in our Store and kept for your convenience.
This month we would like to share a selection from The Kolbrin, free for all registered members. The Book of Wisdom is somewhat unique (along with Morals and Precepts) among the Books of The Kolbrin in that it contains barely a trace of historical reference. There are no stories or names or places to indicate it was written is this or that time or place. Without knowing its context, someone reading this selection could not rightly say whether it was written five years ago or five thousand years ago. This attests to the timelessness of Wisdom, and is equally applicable today as it was in ancient times.
The Book of Wisdom does not specialize in any one particular subject or field of interest. It is essentially a book of balanced instruction for all areas of life geared towards those who seeking balance, transcendence, self-control, and greater awareness within and without. It contains aspects of family and community relationships as well as elaboration on those Spiritual matters which directly affect Earthly life; and there are no greater aspects of Spirituality to contemplate as a human than those directly affecting humanity!
From “The Good Lifeâ€, Chapter 12 of The Book of Wisdom in The Kolbrin:
“Life is not altogether a vale of sorrow, neither is it meant to be a grim, unending struggle. Man is born into the world to make the best possible use of earthly conditions, and this does not mean that effort should be concentrated exclusively on the achievement of spirituality. Things must be kept in the right perspective and a proper balance achieved. It is unwise to let thoughts dwell exclusively upon the Spiritual Realm, and this was never intended. Only its reality and ultimate attainment should be ever borne in mind.
Man is to make the most of conditions as he finds them, and get all the happiness he can from life within the framework laid down in the Sacred Books. Not only must he make the best of earthly conditions but he must also improve them, so that more happiness may be gained. Though this may appear to serve only an earthly end it is not entirely the case, for in the effort lies the spiritual development. Earthly conditions are not to be accepted passively, for every man has a duty to make some improvement, however slight, upon the earthly state of things.â€
The application of Wisdom demands action, as action is the requirement of any change of outcome in physical existence. Wisdom stays not with the dabbler, the merely curious, or those who do not go beyond specializing in abstract and scholastic thought. Wisdom is for the living, and life is in action. More simply stated in the Book of Scrolls (Chapter Thirty-Three: The Scroll of Herakat):
“In the First Book it is written: ‘Words that do not produce deeds are as thistledown on the wind. They were better never uttered’.â€
The Book of Wisdom is for those that fully comprehend the truth and necessity of Wisdom in Action.
The next selection of our rotational releases we have for you is the second in the series of Channeled Works, Teachings of Celestina, available for all to read free on our website. Celestina’s subject matter is aligned closely with Psychology of Group Leadership , The Problem of Relationships, and Introduction to Spirituality; all of which are presently available either in current rotation on the website or within our Store.
From the back cover of the hard copy:
"This book gives a new perspective and clear insight into controversial issues of our times. It will answer many questions and provide guidelines for a fuller and happier life.
Insofar as it deals specifically with matters concerning the welfare and advancement of humankind, this book is of value to everyone."
Celestina, once a teacher of children, deals with matters of existence on Earth as well as Astral and Spiritual planes, and teaches extensively on what is required for us now on Earth to accomplish for the best possible future; what may be called the Celestial Age.
Thus is the name chosen for herself, Celestina, most appropriate for this specific set of Teachings. May they come to fruition in your life and throughout the world!
Also added this month is a booklet entitled Karma, Fate & Destiny. It is an excellent tie in to An Introduction to Spirituality in attempting to understand our life’s purpose here within the context of a Soul’s evolution through many lifetimes. This booklet begins to give answers and make sense of things in life that don’t seem fair, showing order and justice from a broader context, while also explaining the difference between fate and destiny. This is designed as a personal work, to give personal answers. Karma, Fate & Destiny is available free to read for all logged in members of the website.
